Who We Are?

AAP Business Georgia" is a membership-based, non-commercial, non-entrepreneurial legal entity that operates to support the business sector. Business Georgia" is based on the visions and opinions of its members, leads the market with the principles of equal competition, honesty, free market economy and justice. The main activity of Business Georgia is the protection of the rights and interests of the business sector within the framework of labor, social and environmental policies.

History:

JSC Business Georgia” was founded in 2020 by experts in the fields of labor and environment. The prerequisite for the creation of the organization was the growing trends of strict market regulation in Georgia during the last decade and the challenges faced by the entrepreneurial sector, which required a constant and organized response with united efforts. Accordingly, since its establishment, Business Georgia has been actively involved in the socio-economic activities of the country together with Georgian and foreign partners. The organization has conducted a number of educational and scientific activities, implements local and international projects, constantly engages in consulting-recommendation assistance of our members and has strategic visions regarding the development of the business sector. Full members and partners of the organization are small, medium and large enterprises operating in Georgia, and also has close international relations. The organization has its own representative offices in Tbilisi and Batumi.

To become a strong and accountable entity in the market for the implementation of socio-economic policy reflecting entrepreneurial interests.

With the support of public, international partners and the entrepreneurial sector, introducing the principles of free market economy, promoting the development of the business sector and protecting their interests;

The organization’s values are based on adherence to the principles of free market economy, which implies:

  • To observe the principles of equality while taking into account democratic values;

  • Remoting an equal competitive environment introduction/development of social responsibility policy in the entrepreneurial sector;

  • Lobbying/advocating business interests at governmental, non-governmental and international levels;
  • Raising the qualifications of employees in member companies and introducing/developing international labor standards, perfecting the corporate social responsibility policy;
